Around Here.

We had a fun and eventful Halloween.

Originally the older girls wanted to be Lego Chima characters.

But we soon realized Lego Chima costumes are a big huge racket.

Since our costume budget is not five thousand dollars,

I would have to make them.

And we all knew that wasn't happening.

So, please say hello to $12.99 Catwoman and $19.99 minion.

And $9.00 Costco mouse.

Money well spent if I do say so myself.

Ashlyn thoroughly enjoyed trick or treating.

"Hello!  Have a nice time!"

"Happy fun!"

She said a variation of these to every home owner in our neighborhood.

I'm eating their loot as I type.

Don't tell Catwoman.

She started the violin.

Lord, come back soon.

I spend most of my day being sure the dog doesn't chew up the case.

Baby girl is a brick house.

Letting it all hang out.

I love her.

And her changing table.

Which is always the least cluttered bed at the time in the house.

Third kid and all.

Unrelated.

I'm guest posting HERE today.

About something I've never blogged about before.

Click on over and have a read.

  2. Love Ashlyn's approach to t or t. And go Kayla, the violin is a beautiful instrument! Look at that chubby wiw baby!!
I remember that day in 1993. So scary. Thank God you are one of the "lucky" ones. It is my pleasure to help your friend meet her fundraising goal. Thank you for sharing.

  4. Hi.

Your girls are cuties. All 3 of them. :) 3. Don't you love 3.

My girls play piano and Noah plays acoustic and electric guitar and ukelele. sometimes he plays his electric at 7:30 a.m... Yes, Jesus, come now.

I read your guest post at Jeanette's. So honest, and tender, and good. 2 of our dear friends have epilepsy. We've walked alongside, called ambulances, prayed, hoped as one pursued neurofeedback, shook our fist at the system, cried, and praised... I didn't realize 1-26 is affected. Hmm. I pray for God to do mighty things through teamjilly... i pray now for His provision and healing in her sweet little life, and praise Him for the ways He is being glorified through her.
