Pintertest Kitchen 26: The Best Frosted Pumpkin Bars Ever.

I get excited about things pretty easily.

Every song is my favorite.

Every baby is the cutest one I've ever seen.

Puppies, too.

Most desserts are the best I've ever tasted.

It doesn't take much.

Dave calls me a "divide by."

I call him a "multiply by."

This is why we are a good pair.

But I really mean it this time.

These are a MUST try.

I mean.

Just LOOK at them.

I was pretty sure a Mique recipe wouldn't let me down.

The testing was a mere formality.

They really are wonderful, you guys.

One more thing.

To all my friends that ask how I find time to blog?

playroom

I bake stuff I'd bake anyway.

Then basically shove toys and hardwood floor cleaner out of the way and take a picture.

In the playroom because it has the best light.

It really doesn't take much.

But back to why we're here.

The bars.

They truly are the best ever.

The texture is almost like pumpkin pie.

And the frosting is perfect.

And they are EASY to make.

A winning combination.

  1. Those pumpkin bars look fantastic! I have some pumpkin in the freezer, maybe I should pull it out and try them! I tried some other pumpkin bars awhile back and they turned out horrible.
    Have a great day!

  3. I must know, on a scale of 1-5 how idiot proof are these? Baking is not my strong suit, but neither is resistance to yummy dessert.

Also can you box these up and mail them to me? I'll pay extra for rush shipping :)

  4. the only thing that would have made those bars better would have been eating one last night. i'll forgive you. and this gives you a reason to make them again.

  6. I'm cracking up. "Divide by"...My name in Samoan (where we went on a mission right after we got engaged) is Reina. Matt calls me "Rain Delay"...I know you're familiar with baseball so you get the idea. I miss your face! xxoo

  7. LOVE this post. And not just because you rave about those bars. But because it's real and good to know I'm not the only one shoving toys (and just every day CRUD) out of the way to take pics. Glad they met your expectation. Yours look purrrrdy. xoxo
